Currently, I work on member-facing applications for the insurance services division of UPMC. My main focus these days is MyHealthOnline, a portal through which health plan members can access their claims and benefits.
Previously, I was a designer on the product team at Branding Brand, where I contributed to new products, including the Branding Brand Index.
